The Rosemount Branch of the Ottawa Public Library CANNOT accept donations for FOPLA at their temporary location at 1207 Wellington Street W.

Dedicated FOPLA volunteer posthumously awarded OPL’s Order of Friendship
Helen Tweddle, a long-serving and dedicated FOPLA volunteer, was posthumously awarded the Ottawa Public Library’s (OPL) Order of Friendship award on October 9.
